Tamkang University was founded in 1950 as the first private institution of higher learning in Taiwan. Today as a comprehensive University, it has 4 diverse campuses, 8 colleges, 15 doctoral programs, 51 M.A. Programs and 52 departments with a total of over 23,000 students.
It only takes 50 mins. to get to Tamkang from Taipei 101 by metro (Tamsui-Xinyi Line)

Việc làm thêm:
1. On campus:

Oversea Chinese students: supported by overseas community affairs council 2,200 NTD/ month.
Overseas Students or international students: the support of low income: 176 NTD/ hr (total 390 hrs)

2. Off campus:
- You can find whatever legal job you want. The longest time for work is 20 hrs per week.
Please apply for work permit in the International and Mainland Student Guidance Section (T1001) before you apply for any job in Taiwan. (Winter and summer vacation are not limited)
